Through BE., my professional platform, I share reflections from my classroom practice, lead professional learning experiences, and collaborate with educators who believe that voice, identity, and belonging are central to learning.

As a multilingual advocate and DEIJB-centered educator, I support teachers in creating environments where students grow not only academically, but confidently and authentically.

I believe education is leadership. And leadership begins with voice.
